Clients can deposit cash, cheque or remittance directly to GB designated bank account. Deposit should be in US dollar (US Dollar)

*all the margin funded by PayPal only can be refunded by PayPal

Approach 1: Direct Bank Deposit or Remittance
1、BANK-IN DEPOSIT
After client has completed the Account Application process, the next step is that deposit to GB's designated bank account. Please refer to our bank account information and deposit to this bank account. Deposit should be in US dollar.
2、SEND BANK DEPOSIT RECEIPTS TO GB
Please write down client’s trading account number (with 8-digits, example: AABB1122) at the top of the bank deposit receipt and send a copy of the receipt to Customer Service Department by Email.
3、FUND CONFIRM AND OFFICIAL RECEIPT TO CLIENT
Funds adding should be evidenced by bank deposit receipts. Once we confirm receipt of the funds, we will send you an official receipt by email. We will update the balance in your trading account accordingly.
 
Approach 2: Online Payment
 
 
Clients with PayPal accounts or credit cards (VISA/ MasterCard/ Discover/ American Express) can fund to Goldex trading account directly.
 
Note 1: Prices is $100 by default, please fill in the corresponding Quantity according to the transfer amount, then click Update to check the current transfer amount on Item total.
 
Note 2: Please be kindly reminded that 6% of the principle amount would be charged by “PayPal”. Please contact relevant card issuers for the currency exchange rate and daily maximum transfer amount.
 
1、NO WITHDRAWAL LIMITS
Client has the right at any time to withdraw partially or all of the Usable Margin balance from your trading account. When there is empty open position in the trading account, Usable Margin would be equal to the balance of the account, which means you can withdraw the full amount of the trading account. When there is open position in the trading account, withdrawal limits would be equal to the Usable Margin at that time.

Note : All beneficiary bank account outside Hong Kong (including Mainland China), relevant bank charges will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
2、WITHDRAWAL APPLICATION–ONLINE FORM
Through our electronic trading platform, client can submit withdrawal application online at any time. Please login to the electronic trading platform, select Margin→Payment Instruction at the menu, fill in the form and press the Submit button. The withdrawal application is then completed.
3、WITHDRAWAL APPLICATION – PAPER FORM
Client may choose to submit the withdrawal application with a paper form. Please download the Withdrawal Form from GB’s website, print out the form, fill and sign it properly, and send the completed form to our Customer Service Department by Email.

Note : If withdrawal request is submitted by Email, GB will contact client by phone or email to confirm with the verification of withdrawal request is submitted by client.
4、CLIENT WITHDRAWAL RISK MANAGEMENT
This is GB’s policy that client’s receiving bank account should be the same account holder who makes withdrawal. Funds will be transferred to client designated bank account at the time when client apply for trading account initially. In case of funds transfer to another bank account (under client’s own name), a separate written notice is required to submit to GB. For the protection of client’s own interest, GB do not accept any withdrawal request which payment to third party.
